This project aimed to expand the client's living space through the construction of a rear two-story extension, seamlessly integrated with the original house, and the addition of a new second-floor frameless dormer window. Other works included a new underfloor heating system and comprehensive renovation, followed by complete redecoration. We had to overcome logistical challenges with limited access and space to the rear garden. Finished results produced a uniquely-shaped family dining area with 3m wide sliding doors blending indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
