Project - Poffley End | Taylors
top of page

This project entailed converting and reconfiguring a spacious 6-bedroom bungalow into two separate living spaces: one for disabled-friendly Airbnb use and an annex for elderly family members, and the other for refurbishing the main family home. Key features included multiple bathrooms and kitchens, underfloor heating, renewable energy systems, and a disabled hoist. Noteworthy was the creation of distinct yet interconnected living spaces, achieved through close collaboration with the clients and a seamless integration of high-quality trade skills with architectural design. Effective communication, facilitated by a detailed Scope of Works document, ensured smooth collaboration and minimized unexpected costs, enhancing client satisfaction.

Client Testimonial: “TCC carried out a full house and annex renovation for us in 2021-2022. When they originally quoted for the job we were unclear on what we wanted in many rooms. They were able to draw up full plans for us and guide us on many aspects. The work they carried out for us was extensive... We are extremely happy with all the work that TCC delivered. The layout of the entire house works incredibly well, is light and airy, and maximizes the living space... We would highly recommend TCC to anyone else with a building project in mind due to their flexibility, excellent workmanship, and adherence to the project schedule.”
