Objective: This project involved convert and reconfigure a large 6-bedroom bungalow into two separate living spaces. One half was to be transformed into a disabled-friendly Airbnb doubling as an annex for elderly family members, while the other half was focused on the refurbishment of the main family home where reconfiguration works and refurbishments were conducted. Key features included the installation of multiple bathrooms and kitchens, underfloor heating, renewable energy works, heating systems, and a hoist for disabled use.

Key Highlights: This renovation project went beyond typical property renovations by creating two distinct yet interconnected living spaces. We collaborated closely with the clients to design a layout that seamlessly met their needs. Our ability to merge high-quality trade skills with architectural drawings ensured that the clients' vision became a reality, promising enjoyment for generations to come.

Challenges Overcome: One of the significant challenges encountered was the communication with the chosen clean energy providers, who were initially difficult to liaise with. To overcome this hurdle, we initiated direct engagement with them, maintaining consistent contact and offering assistance wherever possible. Through diligent efforts, we built relations and progressed the project smoothly despite the initial setbacks.

Managing Key Relationships: Effective communication was central to managing relationships throughout the project. We utilized a comprehensive Scope of Works document to ensure mutual understanding of project objectives and works involved. This document facilitated seamless collaboration and minimized unexpected costs for the clients.
