Listed Cottage, Leafield
This project involved the sensitive restoration and modernisation of a listed cottage in the picturesque village of Leafield, West Oxfordshire.
By working closely with local conservation authorities, we ensured that the cottage's historic charm was preserved while introducing modern comforts. The project included a full roof restoration, installation of bespoke hardwood dormer windows, and a carefully designed interior refurbishment, featuring a new open-plan kitchen, bathroom upgrade, custom cabinetry, and improved thermal efficiency.
Blending tradition with contemporary living, this renovation enhances the beauty and functionality of the property, creating a harmonious space for modern life while respecting its heritage.
